DailyChef is a platform for freshly prepared food in Sofia. The customer picks a nearby restaurant, orders, and collects the meal or has it delivered.
Challenge
The order is placed on the move. If the cart, the payment method and the choice between collection and delivery are scattered, the customer does not finish.
Approach and solution
The flow is mobile-first and has three steps: choose a restaurant, fill the cart and pick a payment method, then collect or request delivery. Payment is by card, cash or online, through BORICA. The same short path is on the site and in the mobile app, and the order status is followed from the phone.
